Regular self-storage doesn't cut it for a $200,000 Ferrari. We list only facilities with climate control, 24/7 security, and concierge-level care.
Every listed facility maintains controlled temperature and humidity. No humidity spikes, no UV damage.
Gated access, HD cameras, and 24/7 monitoring. We verify security specs before listing any facility.
Battery maintenance, periodic start-ups, detailing, transport coordination — the extras that matter.
FindExoticCarStorage.com was created out of a simple frustration: when you own a car worth caring about, finding storage that actually treats it that way shouldn't require a dozen cold calls and a prayer. We mapped the landscape — manually researched and SEO-audited over 15 facilities across 10+ US markets — and built the directory we wished had existed.
We are an independent resource with no paid placement. Every facility card in our directory reflects actual research: confirmed address, documented climate-control equipment, verified security setup, and transparent pricing. Our market research shows just how underserved this space is — the highest-ranked operator in our dataset scored 71/100. That's the gap we're filling.
We currently track facilities across 11 active markets: Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Austin, Houston, Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, Scottsdale, Las Vegas, Miami, and Denver — with Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle launching in 2025–2026.
We are not a self-storage aggregator. We do not list facilities that don't specialize in collector vehicles. We do not accept paid placement that displaces earned research. We verify before we list — and we document gaps honestly when we find them.

FindExoticCarStorage.com is an independent directory, not affiliated with any listed facility. See how we verify facilities for our vetting process.
Every facility listed on FindExoticCarStorage.com is manually reviewed before appearing in our directory. We don't list self-storage units that happen to have a "car storage" page. We look for facilities that specialize in collector vehicles — and we document the specifics before we send you there.
We verify the facility address via Google Maps and Street View. The building must be identifiable as a dedicated vehicle storage or automotive club space — not a virtual office, shared warehouse, or self-storage lot.
We document the facility's climate-control setup. Acceptable systems maintain temperature between 55–72°F and relative humidity between 40–60% year-round. Shared HVAC systems serving retail or office tenants on the same circuit are flagged. Best-in-class facilities list exact temp/humidity targets. Industry source: Hagerty storage guides recommend 50–70°F at 50% RH for long-term collector vehicle storage.
We confirm: 24/7 monitored camera coverage, individual bay or unit alarms, keypad or card-based access control, and perimeter fencing or controlled entry. Facilities with no documented security protocol are noted accordingly.
Top facilities require proof of collector car or agreed-value insurance, OR provide a blanket storage policy for vehicles in their care. We note whether a facility requires insurance at move-in and whether they carry liability coverage for stored vehicles.
Pricing must be quoted clearly in writing — monthly rate, what's included (utilities, battery maintenance, car cover), and move-in terms. We flag facilities that refuse to provide any pricing without a site visit, or that present vague "starting from" figures without specifics. Market context: climate-controlled exotic car storage in major US markets typically ranges from $200–$600/month depending on bay size, amenities, and location.
We note: battery tender stations, tire cradles or flat-spot prevention, car covers, wash bays, lift access, lounge/club space, and concierge services (maintenance coordination, detailing, transport). These inform our facility scores but aren't hard requirements for listing.
FindExoticCarStorage.com connects serious car collectors with the facilities that deserve their business. If you operate a climate-controlled storage facility built for collector vehicles — and you're ready to be found by people actively searching for it — we want to hear from you.
